Our Process

Discovery Call

During our initial call we will discuss all the details of your project and vital elements that will give us an idea of the project's scope and quote. Shortly after, our team will send you a proposal including a cost estimate and other valuable information we discussed on our call.

Kick Off Meeting

Once our proposal is approved, we'll follow up with a scheduled kick off meeting to get to know more about your project, set deliverables, and define responsibilities. We will confirm details and expectations that will influence the rest of the project.

Pre, Pro, & Post-Production

The next stage is where the magic happens. Storyboarding, shot-listing, setting filming days, filming, editing, and the works. This is a process that requires us to work closely with your team.

Deliverables Sent

Once approved, the final deliverables will be sent over, ready to be distributed. We'll keep in contact, and follow up with a post-project review to gather feedback and video performance.
